This interactive, practical 8-hour training is delivered over two days and focuses on building financial sustainability through service-oriented strategies, product development, and marketing.

🎓 Certificate of Completion
All participants who attend the full training will receive an official Certificate of Attendance from Brussels Academy, validating their new skills in NGO financial sustainability and service-based growth.
📍 Training Venue
The training will be conducted online via Zoom, allowing participants to join from anywhere. All registered participants will receive a Zoom access link and joining instructions via email from Brussels Academy three days prior to the training.
